Bucket Elevator for Cement, Clinker & Powder Materials
High-efficiency bucket elevators for clinker, cement, fly ash and limestone. Low power consumption, sealed casing, no spillage and smooth running.
Overview
Bucket elevators are widely used to vertically lift powder, granular and small bulk materials such as cement, clinker, fly ash, limestone and gypsum. Welded steel casing, wear-resistant buckets and high-strength belt/chain ensure reliable conveying at height with minimal power consumption and zero material leakage.

Working Principle
Material enters the inlet hopper at the boot section, is picked up by the moving buckets and lifted to the head pulley. At the discharge section, material exits by centrifugal/continuous discharge into chutes while the empty buckets return downward inside the sealed casing.
Applications
Cement plants, grinding stations, dry mortar plants, mining, limestone, gypsum, chemicals, food grains, power plants.

Advantages
✅ Lower power consumption
✅ Completely sealed, no dust leakage
✅ Wear-resistant buckets and chains
✅ Explosion-proof design
✅ Small footprint, easy installation and maintenance
