What Is a Y-Type Three-Way Diverter Valve?

A Y-type three-way diverter valve is a bulk material handling valve designed to direct material from one upper inlet into either of two outlet branches. How Does a Y-Type Three-Way Diverter Valve Work?

Material enters through the upper inlet and reaches the internal switching flap. The flap position determines which outlet branch receives the material.
