How Do Dust Collector Filter Bags Work?
Dust-laden air passes through the filter bags, where the filter media captures dust particles while allowing filtered air to pass through.
As dust accumulates on the fabric surface, a dust cake forms and contributes to filtration. In a pulse jet dust collector, short pulses of compressed air periodically remove the accumulated dust, which then falls into the hopper.
